Application Development department predicts and confirms properties of targeted applications by designing molecules and 配方s, perform application experiments in lab scale and then characterize the properties and correlate to the design and process conditions. In this position you will work together with other colleagues on development projects and application activities related to base oils and lubricants. • Proven competence in chemical and physical parameters of base oils and additives. Perform measurements and summarize result from chemical and physicochemical methods such as viscosity, 流变学, 导热系数和电阻率. Knowledge of tribology / tribo-chemistry and synthetic lubricants
• Ability to learn new methods as well as purchasing and installation of new instruments and equipment.
